Gently down the stream.

Life is but a dream.



My version:

Hit, hit, hit the ball,
Playing on the street.
Suddenly, Suddenly, Suddenly, Suddenly,
Mom says come and eat.

    Good try- but you need to work on your rhythm

    Hit, hit, hit the ball,
    Playing ball on street. (on the street- you can't delete 'the' here; choose better words)
    Suddenly, Suddenly, Suddenly, Suddenly,
    Mom: "come home to eat." (missing verb here, it has to make sense when you read it aloud)
